Outlook 2002 back up not working
We have TIH 2010 and I have set up weekly scheduled back ups for My Documents and C:\ without a problem. The back ups are saved to a large external hard drive.
However, I can not get the scheduled email back up (Outlook 2002) to work. It says that it is running but stays on 0% until I manually cancel and shut it down.
After reading some help forums, I cancelled the scheduled back up and tried running a manual back up whilst Outlook was shut down. I then got an error message mentioning Profiles and I clicked on Ignore. The back up then seemed to carry on but again; never got past 0%.
Our Outlook runs four POP password protected accounts but I really only need to back up one of the accounts but can't seem to find any settings for this or to enter the email account password.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
