Outlook 2010 hangs "Loading profile" after True Image 2013 email backup has completed

I am getting repeated instances of failure to load Outlook 2010 after an email backup has been run. Outlook hangs permanently with message "Loading profile". The workround is to open Task Manager and kill the TrueImageHomeService process. This indicates to me that TI is failing to release the Outlook database (or other?) file(s) on completion of the backup task. Does anyone know of a resolution to this?
