Over 6 months and still no successful backup online...
Thread needs solution
I wish I could warn the world what a joke the online backup component of the Acronis product is.
And this morning, I get an email saying I've breached my fair usage quota. And I've backed up only 217Gb.
There's another phantom backup of 245Gb that I didn't create.
But neither is a breach in total!
And yes, I have been back and forth with Acronis support for that 6 months. But they've never resolved the issue.
Shame they can never reply to my questions on "How do I get a refund?"
Backup to disk = No problems.
Backup online = Does. Not. Work.
Totally aggravated!
