Paid 49.99 and expired after 1 month

Thread needs solution

I purchased True Image 2014 in September and was immediately upgraded to 2015 for free. After just one month my subscription says I expired. Also says I can't get customer support unless I pay $20.00. Really starting to regret this purchase. Can anyone help? I have checked to make sure I have the correct serial for the upgrade.

Are you wanting help with the subscription expiry or with a 2015 problem, maybe even both !
