Partition backup or disk clone?

Hi everyone,

I have True Image Home 2012 and can't figure out if the following is possible.

I want to back up by Windows 7 boot partition(which occupies 100GB on a 1.5TB partition on a 2GB SATA drive) to a new smaller SSD drive (500GB) and then physically replace the SATA drive with the SSD drive so that I can use that as my everyday drive instead.

Is this possible with True Image 2012? If it is, how do I do it?
