Pay Per incident Support

Thread needs solution

How do I make contact with Acronis to purchase "Pay-Per-Incident" support? I've searched all over their web site. I bought Acronis 11 1/5/2011. I didn't use it until today 3/13/2011. I think I should get free support, but I can't find a way to contact them about that either. I start the program and it freezes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

Thank you for finding time to open the thread regarding this question, I will be glad to address them.

In order to contact support you need to follow the steps mentioned in this KB article. It may not have provided you with the support options as the PPI wasn't registered to your account.

I have just registered PPI for you, thus you should have no problems of accessing support (via chat, phone or web-form, though we would recommend to use chat and phone for emergency situations).
