I have buy ATIH2012 for my home pc ,and i have installed also with the free Plus Pack for ATIH2012.
When i will shutdown my home-pc Acronis not let shutdown my pc,
I get a popup message Acronis Scheduler2 Helper not responding.

How to resolve this isseu ?
Or is it better to uninstall ATIH2012 and using the ATIH2012 bootcd ?

I've try restart the install program now for two times, and i choose both times the REPAIR option in the very beginning of the reinstall.
And the shutdown message not disapear.
I don't want use the scheduling option in ATIH2012 because i want only make full images of my partitions
that's the only way ATIH2012 works 100% for me.
But i like the ATIH2012 program's user friendly interface, but when shutdown my computer the "scheduler2 helper" task running message ruin my computer fun.
In the very beginning of the ATIH2012 installation i've not seen this shutdown message but after a few day's it's starting to show this issue.
I'm also uninstall and reinstall ATIH2012 ,but the isseu is also returning :-(
This is very disapointed i'll decide uninstall and throw it in my garbadge bucket :-(
loosing €71 thanks Acronis

I do not know whether this will help or not but this is one thing you can try.
Open the Services module and find the scheduler service as shown.
Right click on the Scheduler listing and click on properties.
Click on the Recovery header
Change the 3 options from "Take no action" to Restart the service
as shown in the example.
If the service is stopping, this change will make the system attempt a restart of the service automatically.
When attempting shutdown, is there a backup in progress?

I Change the 3 options from "Take no action" to Restart the service
as shown in the example, and resulting ZERO.
When i attempting shutdown there is no backup in progress,i don't use scheduling options
only made full images not differential or incremential.
In the very beginning of win7 install there was no problem with shutdown,i made 3 different full images of Win7
When i restore to the last maded win7 backup there's no isseu with shutdown,
but after a while of time the shutdown message is born and it's not disapearing.
Also look in my security software of Emsisoft Security Online Armor, everything about Acronis is permitted no blocks.
I'm hard think about make new Win7 images from scratch without installation of ATIH2012,and using only the Acronis bootcd,
for making my full backup images and i feel very sad about that because i'm using also my pc on remote ,and when i shutdown my
pc on remote,i will my pc is shutdown because of saving energy.

It is possible I am not completely understanding your issues so my apologies for not understanding.
1. If your computer is not staying awake when you need to have it awake, consider changing your power configuration. This pdf could be a guide. The intent of the guide is to keep the computer awake during a backup and shutdown the computer after the backup. You can change the shutdown command illustration to another command such as hibernate or standby, etc.
http://forum.acronis.com/sites/default/files/forum/2009/11/5940/keep_wi…
2. As I look at your backup task, it appears your backup is a backup of only drive C. As most Windows 7 installation includes other partitions, your backup task may not include everything you need to create a new disk--should you have problems. If you do not have other backups which include all partitions, you should consider adding new backups which does include all partitons as shown below. When you select what is to be included in your backup, click on "switch to multiple partitions" plus click on "switch to disk mode" listed at the top of that screen. The result should show your disk with all partitions checked--similar to what my example shows below.

3. I will request that Acronis look at your posting. Maybe they can offer better assistance.

I'do not understand anymore, apologies for my low school Englisch.
But it's correct i only make full images of C:Win7x64
Later when i'm finishing install my program's i will make a image of D:Programma's
I store them on E:Mijn Backup's.
I wan't only use ATIH2012 for simple full made by hand image's not the automatic stuff.

OK. I understand your source disk only has 1 partition so a backup of C only for that disk is all that is needed. Thanks for the picture.

Yes my source disk has 1 partition with C: and a little partition about 100MB and is the MBR i think.
My second disk D: i'll install my programm's and games
Third disk i've splitted in two partitions E:Backup's and F:Downloads
But there's a fourth disk but i still waiting on because of RMA.
When i have this one i'll change the disk setup and begin from scratch without installing ATIH2012,
in the beginning ,because i will shutdown my home computer normal.
I shall use acronis bootcd :-/
Then i've two ssd Crucial M4 128GB and two ssd OCZ Vertex2 120GB and one 2TB external Disk.

If your windows system disk has a 100mb partition, be sure to include this as part of your backup. I misread your attachment and did not see the non-lettered partition. I cannot read what is written in your attachment.
If your backup task chooses the disk from within Disk mode, the non-lettered partition will be included.
To confirm what is included in your backup,
For practice, boot from the CD and simulate using the recovery option. on the "what to recover" screen, 3 items should be listed.
your system partition
your 100 mb partition
mbr/track0
If all 3 are included, then you are ok. If the 100mb partition is not included, then create a new backup task to include the non-lettered partition within your backup.
If you qualify for 30 days support, you really should contact Acronis customer support as I am mis-understanding your situation.

Sandy,
Try uninstalling 2012 (Plus Pack first then 2012 itself), reboot and then re-install, see if that fixes the problem.
Does the problem happen if you do not have remote access enabled?
If after re-installing the problem remains, you could open up MSConfig and untick all non MS startup programs, reboot see if you still have the problem. Then tick the Acronis programs, reboot, see if you still have the problem, add programs back in one at a time until one of them starts to show the problem. Then we know which program might be stopping TIH2012 from stopping.

What is written in these attachment is "Partitie zonder naam" = "Partition without name" and always win7 make this 100MB partition, thats why i'm think this the MBR for win7.

All 3 included but they are not selected ,but they are listed and when i will go further i can select them.

No i don't want pay more money for this.
i've uninstall the hole suite and wil use only the bootcd for making my images,i think its better because saving more system resources and don't have problems anymore with a pc will not shutdown.
