Personal Edition for Business

I am interested in imaging around a dozen work computers. I don't want to do any backups, all of our data is stored on a server which is already covered by a backup solution. We just upgraded our PCs and I would like to create images of them in case of a hard drive failure. I just want to be able to put a new hard drive in and restore the PC to the last image created, it looks like the personal version is a better choice for me. Does this sound correct and is it legal per the EULA? The only previous thread I could find regarding this is several years old and I am afraid the information may now be obsolete. Thanks.
