Thread needs solution

I have purchased and upgraded Acronis for years, but I still do not know how to use the product. I am wondering if there is an Omaha based expert to educate. There have to be others like me that are somewhat techy enough to know this is a good program to maintain backups of programs, but not techy enough to figure it out. Anyone able to help? Thanks!

Jennifer,
I also found the same need for help and finally decided to do it myself, thus my guides came into being. These are an assortment of "how to's" plus links to other articles. If you invest some time there, I believe it will be well spent.

If you are still using 2010, there is less available but spend some time looking at the assortment of links found inside the first line of my signature below. My guides are also listed along the left margin of this webpage.

If using 2012, the left margin also lists a great deal of help. There is no substitute for time spent learning. Backup software takes a lot of time and actual practice. You must do your practice backups and restores before a crisis arrives because your need becomes immediate. The learning how to use backup software is a lot like driving your car to a strange destination. The more you repeat the drive, the more things you notice along the way plus the drive becomes more less tense.

Good luck.
