Raymond,

Uninstall the application, run the cleanup utility, reinstall.

THANK YOU very much.... Used the cleanup utility as I have in the past and removed the values in the keys you had noted...... I end up with the same results..... Attached is my log....thx

Well, at this point, you need to contact Acronis support. They will analyze your install log and find out what's wrong.

Raymond,

If interested, you might try this procedure. I do not know whether the result will differ or not.

Use one of your backups and restores you Drive C back to when the prior build was installed.

Then, from within TI, use the help option to check for updates.
Let TrueImage update your system automatically.

well I would like to thank you guys for the help, I gratefully appreciate it.
in the end, I went and recovered from an older backup and restored my mail and calendar forward.....
now I have the latest build installed.... I probably think something got scrwed up in the registry.
Many thanks!!!....Ray

I feel your pain... Same thing happened with me. I suggest ignoring all the attempts to help given on the forum, and just close Acronis, restart your PC and when the upgrade offer dialog pops up, deselect the automatic upgrade offer and close the box. Check your current version from the Help option and if you have Upgrade 2/build 6857, just wait for Acronis to get around to fixing their problem. It may take a few years.
