Problem backing up - subscription expired

I have purchased a one year subscription Acronis. Every time I go to manually do a on back up it tells me my subscription has expired and will not allow me to back up system. Anyone have a fix?

I regret to inform you that your cannot use Acronis Online Backup because the license you've purchased is the license of Acronis True Image Home 2012 and not the Online Subscription.

You can request the refund for this license if you don't need it by contacting support, and purchase the subscription right here.
