Problem getting trueimage to accept serial number

Hard drive crashed and when I tried installing true image #10 on new drive it
will not accept serial number. It says it is an incorrect number since I have used it several times with no problem. Please help and tell me where I can find the serial number for version #10 of true image. Thanks for any help, Gary Moore

If you have registered TI in your Acronis account, the serial number will be saved there. Just click the Get All Serials link for TI to download it.

Thanks for the info, did it, but still will not accept it. Still says it is an invalid number any other suggestions? Thanks Gary

Try both pasting it in and typing it in (if you haven't already).

If neither works, contact Acronis Support or PM an Acronis Moderator and ask if they can see what's wrong with the serial number. Maybe they can swap it for you.
