Problem: Impossible to distribute the activities :(

Thread needs solution

Hello, it's the first time I write in this forum. 
Has anyone ever had this problem?
Codice evento: 0x00640160+0x0090000B+0x00900007

Screenshot Attached. It's in Italian so I translate it:
"Failed to deploy the activities. Restart the computer and try again.
If the error persists, check the antivirus settings."

I have 6 license Acronis and I can not use any. 
I bought it a year ago and now I am using it for the first time. 
First use and it doesn't work, terrible, because I no longer have support.
So I can not use it :( Can someone help me?

I'm not really sure.  However, you can contact technical support for FREE with this issue.  All license, registration, activation, and account issues are always covered for free.
