Problem to make a Backup with Acr. 2010 + W7

Hi,

when i try to make a backup with Acronis True Image 2010 of my hole system on a external USB-HDD task stops with an error message attached. (By the way, the task told me backup was successful, but shows me an error message??)
Any hints for it?
Acronis runs with Administrator-privilegs

Hi,

news about my problem, USB drives are connected to a Intel DP35DP MB and W7 X64.
With this i got the problem above.
My USB drives have also Esata, when i connect the drive with esata, Acronis Backup works.
Also Windows Backup with USB the same prob, so i think USB is the problem.
