Problem with No ERROR Code

Thread needs solution

My problem does not generate an error code (the online backup - first use- just hangs and must be suspended manually). All direct support forms (CHAT or EMAIL) demand an error code to submit the problem. Is there a way to contact support that does not require use of their form or the error code?

But generally you can contact support with tech issue even without error code, since it is not a required field.
