Problem with the scheduler

I am a new user of TIH:  Peer-to-peer LAN with 3 PCs (Windows 7 - Windows XP) used for a large software development project.
-  In the center a PC under Windows 7 with a system HDD that contains a separate volume for the common user data. Additionally 2 PCs under Windows XP for dedicated tasks.
-  The PC in the center connected with an external HDD for automated backups, the HDD replaced all 6 months with a another unit stored out of house for safety reasons.

What I would like to do:  For the common user data, I would like to realize an inner backup cylce with a monthly full backup of the volume and a daily incremental backup of the modifications.
-  At the end of the 2nd monthly cycle, TIH should consolidate the 1st month, and so on.
-  This procedure should continue during 6 months. Then I replace the external HDD with the 2nd unit. 6 months later, this outer cylce restarts.
-  I have made a full backup of the user data volume (base) and would like to configure the complete inner backup cycle now.

How do I have to setup the inner backup cycle of 6 months?

How do I have to setup the consolidation rules for the 2 variants (A and B)?
