Problem in shutdown backup

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I'm running True Image 2014 in a Windows XP SP3 computer. I've done a HD complete backup and it creates a correct TIB file of about 25 GB.

Now I'm trying to programme a backup task for being done each time I switch my computer off. But when I turn it off, session closes, then Windows shows the typical closing messages and then in same blue screen it shows a message that looks like "End/Stop/Closing task are being executed" ...all seems being correct, but after about five minutes, and having only created about 5 GB of image file, computer turns off.

It looks as if there is a programmed amount of time after which, computer closes not having finished the backup task, as the created file is corrupted and useless.

That does not happens when a complete backup is created and the task is only creating a small incremental file.

The question is: is there any way to increase this amount of time ? (Within Acronis or Windows itself)

Thank you very much
