Good Morning

Excuse me for my English, I'm French

I have a problem with true image 2011 (6696), I can't restore backup by Windows, I have an error ("opération échoué, failed operation") whenever !!!!

I must to restore via the F11, is this normal ??

I use Windows 7x64 + SP1, my problem was already present without sp1

Unfortunately due to the lack of sufficient diagnostic information it it hard to identify the exact cause of the problem, so it requires investigation. Could you please gather Recovery log from the bootable media and Acronis Info from Windows, open a support request with the information attached, and let us know it's number?

I reinstalled Windows 7 with SP1 and then my other programs, since everything works again fine.
A good relocation does not hurt from time to time.
