Problems with delaying Acronis Scheduler2

Acronis causes a significant delay in Windows startup. Changing Acronis Scheduler2 Service from Automatic to Automatic (Delayed Start) results in a noticeable improvement in Windows startup time. With Automatic (Delayed Start) Acronis Scheduler2 service starts about three minutes after Windows starts, this delayed start does not cause problems for how I use Acronis.

But, a pop-up warning message appears during the three minutes of delayed start. (See attachment)

I would like to keep this pop-up message from appearing, if possible. How can I do this?

If the pop-up message cannot be blocked from appearing, can C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Acronis\Schedule2\schedul2.exe be started manually through Windows Task Scheduler?
