Problems recoverying C: Drive with Win 7 from full disk Backup using True Image 2014

Thread needs solution

A disk recovery of a USB drive was done by mistake to the C:Drive and the drive was corrupted. A full back of Windows 7 C drive was used to try and recover all partitions on the C:Drive. The recovery ran successfully but after reboot the system would not boot to Windows 7. Looking at the drive the Recovery partition was labeled C and what was C was labeled D. Are thene any suggestions on how to correctly recover the C Drive from the backup so that Windows boots correctly without loss of data.

Refer my signature link item 3 and inside that link, look at item 2.

If it is not bootable now, then restore the entire disk (all partitions) so correct the wrong prior restore.

Thank for your help. I followed your instructions and did the add new disk, and then started the recovery process. Everything went well until I got to the step "Select target disk for MBA Recovery". The only option it gave me was to select the USB disk I am trying to recover from. The target disk is greyed out. I have attached a photo of the screen. What should I do at this point.
