Problems with True Image and W10
I just upgraded from W7 to W10 a few days ago. I have TI build 6613, which is supposed to work with W10. I have weekly incremental backups set (to an external HD). It did not backup. I found out that the problem seems to be that W10 scrambled the drive letters. So I edited Acronis to the correct destination drive letter. I had to shut the GUI down and open the GUI, before, the red "exclamation point" went away. I guess Acronis realized it didn't do the last backup, and said it would start in one minute. It did, but it's not doing anything. I clicked stop and clicked "OK" on the "Do you really want to stop the backup" popup window, but it ignores that and pretends like it's doing a backup. Using file explorer, I can't see where any new backup file has been created on the HD, and my PC's HD light is not flashing, as if its doing anything.

When you edited Acronis to the correct destination drive letter this has caused a mismatch with the information held in the Acronis Database files which will have stored the previous drive letter.
I would recommend taking the option to Clone the backup task settings and then check that all the settings are correct for your drive. Don't start the cloned task yet, but delete the settings for the original task first, then you can rename the new task as needed and try running it.
Note: If you now get a message to say the Backup is queued, then you will need to use the Acronis Scheduler Manager utility to clean out any residual scheduled tasks that are preventing th backup from running.

Thanks Thomas --
I did what you suggested, and hurried up and opened TI as soon as my PC rebooted and deleted the old task, before TI decided to "do it's own thing". Then I created a new task for incremental backups starting 12:56 AM tomorrow morning (didn't want it doing stuff now). We'll see what it does and will post back tomorrow morning. FWIW, I don't think the TI dashboard is very intuitive -- I downloaded a copy of the user's manual to help me figure stuff out.

Well, the incremental backup didn't run last night. I opened up TI this morning, and it no longer had the destination drive listed. So, I selected the destination and did a manual backup, and the task successfully completed. Sorry for the delay in reporting back. We had a bad hail storm last night with up to 2" hail, and I had to inspect/file claims, etc.
