"this product is not supported anymore"

Thread needs solution

I wanted to open a PPI for questions I have about Acronis Home Version 2009, but after I entered my information I got the message,"Sorry, this product is not supported anymore."

Does this mean that I can't get support for this product at all from a live support person? I am disabled and I don't have the energy to spend hours online trying to get answers.

There is no way that I would upgrade if I can't get support on this product, having seen all the disgruntled customers.

Later: It turns out that I misinterpreted that message, and I can get a PPI, so consider this topic solved.
