Program stops before completion when doing backup over network

Hello all.

I wonder what kind of things would make a backup stop before completion?

Using True Backup 9.0, when I do a complete backup over the LAN to a server the program get's to 93% and then stops. There is no error message given, and it will sit there for more than a day(that is as long I have left it). There is no issue if I backup locally to an external HD. It is occuring only when doing my C drive which is the OS installed drive. Using Windows XP Pro.

I was guessing it might be Outlook. What kind of data or programs might make the application stop? would appreciate any thoughts.
