Purchasing and chat issue
I have some purchasing issues and tried to get the chat on the Acronis site to work. But it doesn't seem to functionl:-(. I keep getting redirected back to the form I filled in.
I have 2 licenses for True Image Home 11 and wanted to upgrade and make use of the special offer of 2 copies of True Image Home 2011 (with the Free plus pack addon for $79.99 today is the last for this).
However when I click the buy now button the shopping cart shows me a price of $95.19 instead of $79.99.

Hello Martin,
Welcome to the forum and thank you for posting. I will definitely assist you with this issue.
The reason for it, is that the promo campaign applies to US and UK regions only.
However, if you still want to purchase the English version, you can change the country from the top menu at www.acronis.com, please make sure you are logged in to your Acronis account.
Keep in mind though, that the US or the UK site applies different taxes and I do not have any reliable information how this can apply to your country.

I made a purchase after having talked to Utpal Neog who opened a window for me with the correct purchase option.
However I never noticed the fact that the country was set to India where I do not live. I already got the payment option from Cleverbridge. How do I go about changing the country?
Should I ignore the email from Cleverbridge and make a new purchase? The longer I wait the more time will pass by and I will loose the option to get my hands on the addon pack.
Sorry about this very stupid mistake by me. I should have looked closer to what I was doing:-(.

Martin,
You can either type in the URL directly www.acronis.com or www.acronis.co.uk, if your browser annoyingly returns you back to another countries webpage, click on the top right hand corner of the Acronis webpage that you are on and select North America or UK. This will change the page permenantly to that country.

Contact Cleverbridge as you have been charged for your purchase. Perhaps they have to give you a different serial number. Once you have the correct serial number, then login to your Acronis Account and the download is available from the update page after you register your serial number.
