Purchasing yearly subscription

Thread needs solution

I registered for the free 1 month trial, and just before the end of it purchased a 1 year subscription for online backup, on 21.12.11.
Yes it went through my credit card, but no, does not appear anywhere on my Acronis account.
I can't get online help, because Acronis doesn't think I have bought anything.
I have an invoice number and Reference number, but there appears to be NO other way to contact the company for help except online support.
Where do I go next?
