question about logical drive

Thread needs solution

My computer bit the dust. Bad!! I had to install new cpu and motherboard. Have 2 hdd's in a raid 0 config. The other drive is a 250gb sata. That drive has been partitioned into 2 primary drives and one logical dr. I put images on an external usb maxtor drive 120gb. My question is: will I be able to restore say c: drive from the logical drive? I noticed on the maxtor external drive which has a data light on it that moves up/down when I guess it's receiving data, that there is no activity (light not blinking) when I image to the logical drive and does when I image to the primary drive. When I mount the image on either drive all the info is there. I also noted and didn't notice before that there's a windows folder on the primary partition. If I have to restore my operating system from the logical partition will acronis do it? Thanks

There shouldn't be any difference between restoring an image stored on a Logical partition and a Primary partition. They are both standard partition types.

Drive lights usually show when they are being accessed. Are you sure that the partition in question is on that drive?
