Hi,

I would like to know some details before purchasing the product :

1/ I have 5 PC but not in the same place, is it a problem ? Can i use one licence ?

2/ Is Acronis Backup Online backup my "open file" ?

3/ Can i create different folder for each PC, is it simple to find it in the interface ?

Michel: In so far as I know, having the computers in different places has NO impact. You are permitted to backup five computers. I am not sure how to interpret your question 2. As for Question 3, Acronis Online Backup creates separate folders for each computer itself.

I would strongly recommend that you take the 30-day trial before purchasing. I have had, and continue to have, problems with Online Backup, made even worse by the new 2012 version of Acronis True Image Home. Make sure that everything works, AS YOU WANT, on your computers BEFORE purchasing.

I made the mistake of buying a 1-year subscription and I haven't been able to use the product for over a month. I have an open ticket with Acronis but they have not resolved my issue yet. Others have the same problem with AOB and ATIH2012 (not seeing online backups made with ATIH2011).
