Question with full backup of C and system
I'm doing a full backup of my C drive and all system reserved files. It is not scheduled, but I do perform it about every 2 weeks. My C drive is 500gb with about 483 gb used, leaving only 15g available. I always change the backup scheme from incremental to full and when the backup is completed it shows that the used space on my external backup harddrive is only 283 gb or about 1/2 of the 483. Is this correct? If not, what am I doing incorrectlyl so all 483 gb are backed up. I do delete the previous partition backup each time I do a full backup. Any suggestions? Attached is a screen shot of the backup listing 283 out of 483 gb backed up. Thank you email joe@ptmvideo.com

First, don't edit backup tasks. Create a task with your desired options and save it. If you later want different options, create a new task.
You could automate some of your process. Instead of manually checking space and manually deleting old backups, let True Image handle it. Set a backup limit (# of backups, age of oldest, or total size of backup folder) and True Image will delete older backups as needed to keep within the limit.
