question on restore

Thread needs solution

Hellow, I have questions connected with the restoration of the partitions structure of the backup.
I have two hard drives. First drive has three partitions. Two of them are operating systems partitions. One is data partition. There is a bad blocks on the one of system partitions. The system allocated on the damaged partition loads by default. Another disc has one system and one data partition. This is a bootable disc. All the systems are windows systems the loading of which is managed by Windows multiloader. It is possible that I will erase or replace the first. disc fully. The data will be copied before it. There are my questions:
1. What partition structure will be, if I shall restore it from the backup with two partitions? The second drive is not affected by this restoration?
2. Will the Windows system multiloader be restored, as it is now? Should I backup and restore MBR record for this?
3. Can I tune-up the restore from the backup, to arrange partition sizes, if the volume of the new disc will be less, than the disc backuped?
4. Shall the multiloader structure be saved, if I simply clone these two partitions?
Regards,

Alexander.
