RDP freezing
Installed TI 2015 onto three PCs. All Windows 7 SP1 and up to date with patches. my main machine is 64 bit - the other two are 32 bit.
When I try to rdp from 64 to a 32 bit machine, I get to the 32's desktop but machine then freezes - it requires to be rebooted to get it working again. (The freeze continues even after the rdp session has been terminated on the 64 bit machine)
Appreciate the 64/32 bit may be a red herring

"As per the information received from Developers, there will not be a quick fix available and the issue might fix in next build/version of Acronis True Image. As there is no fix available for now, please provide your consent to close the case for now and try out the next build/version of Acronis True Image to check whether the issue is fixed and contact us back if the issue persists"
As I have no screen and keyboard on my PC that holds the backups, I can now not use RDP to manage/administer that PC - hardly progress in the second decade of this century?
