Reading of Snapshot Manager Drive failed

Hello,

I am using Acronis Home 2011, Update 3 (Build 6942). Normally I save my hard disk drive once a day. For some days I am no longer able to do so. Instead I get the message (in German, I am translating here): "Reading of the Snapshot Manager Drive failed (0x1000D7) CRC Failure (0x100155)." What can I do to avoid this message? CHKDSK revealed that all my hard disks are all right.
