Recover feature greyed out in Cloud

Thread needs solution

One of the most user friendly features of TIH is the "Recover" function. I'm testing using "the cloud" and am dismayed that when I seek to "Recover" folders/files the tab is greyed-out. It will let me download files/folders, but that isn't what I want. If this Restore feature isn't available then it's a very disappointing omission to the product's functionality.
