Recover re-booted in the middle

Thread needs solution

I tried recovering one folder. I selected the backup files that were made with the same version of Acronis Backup and recovery. I chose the option to recover chosen files and folders. I chose the option to put the folder into a new location. I chose a drive with plenty of room on it. It gave me the summary of what I chose. I selected Options. I removed the check mark in Do not overwrite "More recent files and folders". I left the check mark in "Overwrite existing files" I clicked on proceed. The restore screen came up for about 7 seconds. The PC rebooted.

Why is it rebooting and not restoring? Or giving me some kind of error message letting me know what kind of a problem it has?

I'm using True Image Home 2010 build 6.053
Running on a PC loaded with XP Pro sp2
