Recovering Disk Image from Bootable CD/DVD

I'm trying to figure out which Acronis product will satisfy the following requirements:

1. Boot a limited backup/restore environment from CD/DVD.

2. From the booted CD, create a full disk image, and save it as a file on an external USB drive that has an existing file system (say NTFS) (i.e. save image to E:\backups\full_disk_bkup.img). The disk to be imaged may contain both Windows and Linux (ext3, swap) partitions.

3. At some later time, boot from CD and restore the saved disk image from the USB drive to either the same disk or a new disk (overwriting the installed disk).
