Recovering files from "My Documents" folder on my PC

Thread needs solution

I run Windows 7 (64bit) Pro on my home PC. I needed to restore some files from the "My Documents" folder of my hard disk and when I tried using ATI 2015, scrolling down to he "My Documents" folder proved futile. As you can see (in the attached screenshot) the indicated folder is greyed/stippled out and unresponsive to the mouse clicks. Am I failing to understand something about the restore process? Or is this some failure of the product's?

These links may help. Your docs are accessible
c:\users\your user name\myDocuments.

Additionally, Have you tried just clicking the tib file from within Windows Explorer and keep clicking to get deeper into your backup file.
