Recovery
I downloaded the updated boot image for True Image 11 and am having a problem with a recovery.
When i get to the screen that says to select a partition to recover I select the first choice: OS(C:). When i click 'next' the screen freezes and the computer beeps when i click the mouse. The only thing I can do is hit the power button to get out. Thank you

I am using 11.
i downloaded the boot media and it freezes up as i described. then i downloaded the full version and created a boot media (i selected the box that says 'start automatically after 10 seconds) and it goes to a menu screen where my mouse and keyboard don't work.

TI11 is an old version, and not surprisingly, it is possible that the Linux drivers of the recovery CD don't work with your hardware. Did the CD ever work on your computer? How recent is your computer?

Yeah... That is is recent desktop.
Are you running Win7?
If yes, be aware that ATI v11 is not supported on Win7. You should be able to use the recovery CD, unless, again, there is a linux driver issue. If this is the case, you don't have any option except waiting for the next update of 2012 to upgrade.
