Recovery Backup

I have a problem with a backup problem. I had to restore my laptop windows 7 64 bits laptop on Thursday. I chated with your customer service and twice, and was told that I could get free support on a recovery problem with your software. Well that was a untruth, I wasted about an hour between these 3 times. So i still have the problem, and not happy about what i was told. Whatever happened to free support. You are just like every other company, sell you a propuct then wants to charge you to fix it. Well what happened after i recovery my computer, your backup program failed. I got about 10% of my backups. All of the rest was either not there, and the rest of the files was incomplete. So what am I supposed to do now. Your program failed, and i paid good money for something that does not work. Please help me.
