On recovery error 10093

Thread needs solution

Attempted to recover my machine on a macbook pro and getting error 10093 error I have run the report and this is the error message I have received any ideas ?

Unfortunately Acronis backup and recovery products (except for Acronis Backup & Recovery for Mac) do not support Apple Mac machines.

Well I would like a refund because this was not advertised or explained before I purchased the product.
Please supply me with the details on how to retrieve a refund on the grounds that I was misled.

Really? The web site seems clear. For example:

"It's a revolution in PC backup software"

"Backup or restore everything - not just the files, but the exact configuration of your PC"

etc.

I see nothing that would lead you to believe that the product would work on a Mac.
