Recovery Help Please

I have TI 2010 with the plus pack installed. I have never had a need to do a recovery but with the plus I wanted to do some testing. The plus pack is suppose to allow a recovery to dis-similar hardware. I setup a VM and did the full recovery. But when I start windows this is what I get. I assume this is an issue with a difference in the disk signatures between the original and the new drive.
