Recovery manager Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H TI Home 2012 V7133 Plus Pack Installed
Hi,
I have a Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H with TI Home 2012 V7133 Plus Pack Installed.
Recovery manager is activated, When I hit F11, I get a blanck screen. If I try to boot and use command line quiet acpi=off noapic, it works fine.
My question, will there be an update so that I don't need the command line?
Thanks.

The create bootable meda program provides the capability of adding that command as part of the cd creation so the command is supplied automatically each time the CD is used.

Hi Grover,
I don't have this issue with Recovery CD which makes it a bit odd that it does this with Recovery image.
I would just like the Revovery manager to work without the command line on my Gigabyte board.
I haven't had to use the command line in quite a while. And I have built a bunch of machines and recommended my customers TI without a hitch

If earlier versions of TIH have been installed on this machine, I wonder if the 2012 configuration file hasn't installed properly leaving an earlier version to be used?
If that were so, I wonder if copying the media builders' config file into the recovery manager folder would do the trick.

Hi Colin,
Clean Install of Win7 X64 on this machine with original TI 2012.
System has 3 SSD's and 2 1TO on Marvell controller but I had same set-up on Asus P7p67Pro without the TI issue which BTW had been updated from TI 2011.
My first Gigabyte board and I'm at a loss.

I had the same problem. I just flashed the MB with BIOS F14 and it works.
