Recurring problem Acronis 2013. Stops respondng.

Thread needs solution

I have 2013 home and plus packet. Lately, I open Acronis only to get a message that it has stopped responding. It closes, windows looks for a solution, I click again and it seems to work. I have windows 7, patched, office 2003, little else. When this happened before, someone from support uninstalled and reinstalled. I wish there was a simple repair option. I have a custom system, incremental, and I know if you mess with that, it can corrupt the backups.

Why might this issue have happened? Anyone know of a simple repair option?
