I refreshed windows 8.1 because I was having some update problems. Among other programs and "Apps", my Acronis 2015 was removed. I downloaded and installed Acronis. But, I see no recovery option. I have a good Acronis back up on my external hard drive. Any way I can get Acronis to recognize it again?
