Thread needs solution

How do I get a FULL Refund for all 9 licenses that I have for TI 2011.

Since no has answered this http://forum.acronis.com/forum/22714 and rebooted the machine, Acronis is again slowing down my internet connection. I am running Build 6868 of TIH 2011.

The problems are:
1. the support page says that I have to buy support since it has been over 30 days since I purchased my last cooy.
2. Build 6868 installed the online backup connection thus sending massive data to ma90043.acronis.hosting.com
3. Somehow, the acronis scheduler program is not associated with windows scheduler.
4. Build 6868 added a startup item saobmonitor without permission

so how do I know:
1. That I have removed all programs assoicated with online backup, since online backup software was removed?
2. How do I delete all account thus I hope that all the data is removed?
