Thread needs solution

I have Acronis as software for back up. I went to tech help . It says to register product key first.

but... no where does it let you do this

I JUST WANT TO TALK WITH A LIFE HUMAT AT ACRNIS TO FIX MY PRODUCT!

WHY WONT they help me?

so frustrating this company

According to the records associated with your email, there isn't any product purchased with Acronis or any license registered in your account. Please register the license first on your account by visiting: https://account.acronis.com/#/auth/login

If you purchased a key from a 3rd party vendor, you must contact them in order to facilitate the license transfer to your account: https://kb.acronis.com/content/60806

Please note that to be eligible for support, you have to register a key in your account, and at this moment, we only support Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office. All other consumer products are outside their life cycle, and we do not provide support for them.
