Edward, welcome to these user forums.

First, what do you mean by version 12?  Is this ATIH 2012 or does it indicate a different version?

Second, what version of Windows OS do you have on your new system?

If this is Windows 10 then only ATIH 2015 or later is supported to work on this version of OS.
