Thread needs solution

As i saw at several other topics, also my update from 2012 to 2013 kept writing: activate your product. Every time when I startet my pc. But my TI2013 counted down. still 5 , 4, 3 days.
So i repaired my software. But no question whether (as is described in the guide) it should be automatically activated.
So the asking for activating went on. Today, as it said 0 days, I activated it again. This time it said: TI2013 is deactivated.
So I deleted the programm and installed it again. This time I saw that it should be automatic avctivated. But after installation it says: 0 days for activation, program deactivated.
Sick of it: As I updated from 2011 to 2012 it did not recognize ny 2011 files. Now I have to reactivate this programm 3 times a day. Never again.
Garry.

Garry,

I don't know what has gone wrong, but to fix it try- uninstall 2013, deactivate any Secure Zones and the ASRM if activated, stop syncs and disable NSB (if activated) first. Next run the Acronis cleaner , reboot your PC, reinstall 2013, activation should now work OK.

If you now get the warning message 'Too many activations', you will need to click on 'transfer serial number', delete the entry that you will see next for your current PC and then TI will activate OK.
