Reinstalling ATH 2011 after installing new hard disk and reinstalling Windows XP

I have an OS Issue and need to change hard disks and reinstall Windows. I purchased ATH 11, upgraded to ATH 2010 and then to 2011. I have all the original installation files and Serial Numbers. When I reinstall, do I have to start from the beginning or can I directly install the 2011 upgrade installation file that I have?

Just install TI 2011. It will ask for a serial number from a previous version after you put in the upgrade serial number.
