Repeatedly getting Task Execution Failed
I'm almost at the end of the 30 day trial period for what I believe is the daily image upload of my drive. I purchased Acronis for just this feature because my hard drive completely failed a few months ago and it was a pain having to reinstall everything and then try to restore from other backup services I was using. For Acronis to merely be able to provide me with backup is not really suiting my purpose, but I don't understand what the problem is with creating the image. I may have been completely misguided in buying this product, or I may be doing something wrong so that's what I need to figure out. I'm sending just one of many of similar notifications I've gotten in the past month.

Hi,
After setting up True Image unlimited to make a backup of the complete PC to the networkdrive + one to the cloud i keep receiving the message: Entire PC (ERIK-HPWS) Task execution failed (The error log is added as a txt file, i'm receiving an email with this this error log each 45 minutes)
Would you please reply to robert@rvco.be (i've set this up on erik's pc)
