Yes, I have the serial #'s even saved on my hard disk. The problem is that I can't seem to contact Acronis except by Chat: they require an error message which I don't have.

Paul,
Quickly, your serial number attachment needs to be removed from the forum
edit your first posting (edit option on top right near title)
edit your 2nd posting, the one which contains the serial attachment.
the edit option is located in lower right corner of the attachment posting.
Once inside your posting,
Go to the bottom of your posting (maybe in outside your window)
and check the delete box on left uncheck list box on right and then then click the "attach" picture option and then cloick the save button to close your edit.
This attachment needs to be removed pronto to save you lots of grief with it being stolen and used.

Your needed installation files can be downloaded from your account without any contact with Acronis.
Look again at my signature link #9. Inside that link is a picture #6.
Find your 2015 version and use the #6 as a guide to download the files.
Picture 7 inside that link shows the file to download for a TI REcovery CD or the same Recovery CD can be made
once you have performed the installation.
Live Chat is usually available but only available to those who have registered their serials.
You won't have your DVD but you will have all the installation files available from your online account.

I vote GroverH should be made a moderator to handle things like this.
It's not the first time I've seen serials posted.

Folks, thanks for the original instructions. Is all OK? Serials should be gone. But I need some more instructions on Installation of the backup & restore downloads to 2 cases (I have 2 licenses). Both are Win7: 1 a desktop, the other a laptop. DT has a USB hard disk. LT has only it's DVD drive. I also want a boot DVD to be created for both.
