Rescue disk freezes on first click
Hello,
I am evaluating the trial of ATI 2010 on a fresh Windows 7 Ultimate installation. Everything works fine so far (creating partition backups, creating data backups, and restoring from them; including restoring from old ATI 9 backups created in my previous Windows XP installation).
But, the rescue CD of ATI 2010 does not work for me. It boots just fine, and seems to scan my HDDs after the linux GUI pops up (some disk drive letters are flashing by quite quickly). It does not display any backups (.tib's) though. When I click on the button which presumably lets me browse to their directory manually, nothing happens but the mouse cursor freezes. After that, the only thing I can do is do a hardware reset, the keyboard and mouse do nothing at all.
The HDDs are SATA, keyboard and mouse USB, nothing fancy. The rescue CD from ATI 9 worked.
I am not comfortable with posting the ATI-created configuration data in public; if someone from customer support is willing to take a shot at this although I haven't bought the product yet => I have created a ticket which contains the configuration as an attachment.
I would really love to continue using ATI in Windows 7, but getting the rescue disk to run would be the first step.
Thanks in advance!

Hello,
I will do everything possible in order to resolve the issue you experience.
The source of the issue is lack of drivers under Acronis bootable disc. I sent you a special ISO image of Acronis bootable disc based on ISOLinux loader via PM, this ISO has better hardware support than usual one and it will certainly solve the issue you experience.
You can later upgrade Acronis True Image 9.0 Home to Acronis True Image Home 2010 just for $29.99 instead of buying the full version using our online store.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Thank you.

This fixes the problem, thank you!
Also, Dmitry, thanks for your response, I'll see whether your ISO fixes the problem without having to enter those options.
